We took a leap of faith when we became InFaith missionaries. Acts 1:8 has inspired us along the way. It says, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
It is an honor to serve Sonlife and Extreme Encounters with God’s power in our equivalent of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to some ends of the earth.
Our family’s transition has been so good. Cheryl and I were praying for our younger children’s faith muscles a few years ago. We could tell they needed regular faith reps for conditioning. As we reminisced, we realized our older children had opportunities not only to take regular faith reps but to also take a BIG faith leap. As we prayed, we readied our minds and hearts for a BIG faith leap. Serving Sonlife and Extreme Encounters to make disciples who make disciples has been a big leap of faith. So far our transition has been both amazing and transformational.

Our partner development has been inspired by Paul in Philippians. He had four different kinds of partners. Partners in the Spirit, Gospel, suffering, and finances. Like other missionaries we faced the lies of our enemy as we started building the team God had prepared for us. The truth from God’s word has been encouraging and freeing. Eph. 2:9 is one of the most encouraging verses to us at this time. For many years God has been preparing us for this work. That preparation includes preparing partners to pray, share, support, and suffer with us on this Gospel advancing journey.
We want to say a sincere thank you to those of you who have already become partners. Please watch this video and rejoice with us. If you currently are not a partner feel no pressure as you watch the video but please be open to the Lord leading as you consider partnering. We know God is in control of building these partnerships and we are excited to see what he does.
