Jesus is the greatest role model in the area of servant leadership. He did not come to earth to be served but to serve. We see him only doing what his father told him to do. Relational engagement, humility, listening, understanding, and walking in obedience are key to our servant leader training and life application. Most Interns come oriented but something like the crazy Kansas weather moves us toward disorientation. We intentionally focus on identity in Christ to provide a new orientation. It is our hope and prayer that all of the interns learn this pattern as a way of life.
